ccount Manager/ Business Development
Manager to support the Sales Director in achieving sales growth with current
clients whilst simultaneously developing new and profitable business
relationships.
The role:
You will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish,
meeting with clients regularly, presenting the service portfolio, closing and
negotiating. It is quite a consultative sell and therefore it is important to
get to know the customer, their business and the industry in which they operate
in order to provide tailored solutions to their needs. Your main responsibility
is to develop and implement individual business plans to generate new business
profitability within your territory. You will report to the sales director and
will be required to forecast sales figures and prepare reports.
The successful candidate:
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in Digital Marketing required.
• Experience in the publishing industry or selling into it.
• Have experience selling into marketing departments.
• Capable of identifying and proactively resolving issues to ensure smooth delivery
of a product or service.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience generating and developing new business.
• Results driven and a track record of hitting targets.
• Have excellent negotiation skills.
• Adaptable to new and different situations and approaches.
