The
Rwandese Association of Local Government Authorities (RALGA) wishes to recruit
a part time Internal Auditor on temporary contract.

Education
and Experiences:

ACCA,
CPA or Master degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration,
Management Human Resource Management and Development as well as
Institution performance review;
General
awareness of the technical financial control mechanisms for different
development partners and the Government of Rwanda;
Excellent
written and oral communication;
Wide
experience in conducting Internal Audits, reporting and donor liaison.
