Background
In April 2014,
RwandaOnline (ROL) reached an agreement with the Government of Rwanda to develop
a single electronic platform for all citizens and businesses to apply for
government services.

Basic Function
ROL is seeking a Business Development Manager who will
be responsible for the initial development and management of the roll-out plan
for the adoption and usage of the ROL Platform. The Business Development
manager will work very closely with the executive and technical teams.

Primary roles and responsibilities include but are not

Develop and initiate a comprehensive and strategic
business development plan for the roll-out, usage and adoption of the e-gov
platform, including but not limited to:

Manage the agency model for service delivery to all
access points;

Qualifications
Required:
·
Minimum five years of related experience;

Master’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized
university (additional three years’ work experience also accepted);

Extensive knowledge of business development within
rural Rwandan and/or regional settings;
