1. Human Resource officer
• Developing the strategic plan for the development of human resources;
• Availing and updating as need arises the job description for posts available;
• Good management of personnel matters;
• Identify training needs;
• Working out and monitoring personnel training programs;
• Coordinating proper staff performance evaluations;
• In collaboration with the accountant, prepare salaries for staff ;
• Develop systems to monitor staff presence.
At least A0 in Management, Public Administration or related field.
2. Planning Officer
• Developing strategic plan and annual action plans;
• Monitor the implementation of the strategic and action plans;
• Consolidating and Harmonizing reports of RPPA;
• Participate in the preparation of budget and MTEF for the RPPA.
At least A0 in planning, Economics or related field.
3. Full-time officer of the Independent Review panel.
• Receiving requests for review;
• Recording the request for review in the register provided for that purpose and giving number to each of them;
• Preparing all documents that are necessary for the activities of the Independent review panel;
• Preparing summons or invitations to people to be interviewed by Independent Review Panel;
• Acting as a secretary to the Independent Review Panel.
• At least A0 in Law
