One of Sydney’s prestigious Contact Centre’s
are expanding one of their most successful campaigns and looking for a
supreme team to work on behalf of one of Australia’s largest banks.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an exceptional

You will manage a variety of customer accounts, providing them
with information and guiding them through the process of moving
their funds over.

Roles on offer within the Superannuation team:

Outbound Customer Service Agents
Quality Assurance Officers
Inbound/Admin Officers

Exceptional communication is a must for all
roles and you must be quick thinking.

The Role

Working on behalf of a widely recognised
Financial Institute
Providing outstanding Customer Service
Using soft sales skills and persuasive
language
Administration
Problem solving & dealing with various
queries
Meeting & exceeding KPI’s
Hours Mon – Fri – 38 hours per week (Must be
flexible with working hours as shifts may be between 10.30am – 8pm)

You

A background in soft sales – persuasive,
consultative sales
Customer service
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to build rapport
Outgoing & personable
Creative thinking
Finance/Superannuation background would be
advantageous

Interviews will be taking place this week,
therefore you must be available to attend. Start dates are due to be in April.

You will be fully trained on the product supported with on-going training,
mentoring and career path development.
