opportunity
Recruit Shop is the

We have multiple opportunities in Manly,
NSW offering extensive
training and mentoring in selling our recruitment service to
clients, marketing their vacancies and screening candidates.
You will need an
undergraduate degree
OR only 2 years work experience and a competitive,
optimistic & motivated attitude; exceptional communication, organisation
and computer skills.
Your
Role
Your Team Leader and
your Trainer will provide extensive
training and mentoring support to help you become an expert in
executing our sales, marketing and recruitment processes, these include…
Making
outbound calls to qualified leads and responding to inbound enquiries from
prospective clients to pitch
the benefits of our service and close sales.
Consulting
with your clients to understand their needs then writing targeted recruitment
marketing and advertising to promote their vacancies to our
candidate database, social networks and on job sites.
Using
recruitment management software to efficiently screen and present a shortlist of suitable
candidates to your clients for their consideration, then
supporting them throughout their hiring process.
Establishing
your client list via digital
marketing, business development and relationship building to
ensure your success and earnings at Recruit Shop Pty Ltd.
