their property management team as a Leasing Consultant.

This fabulous Junior (not entry level) role will
support the team by providing leasing services, whilst being exposed to amazing
training and development. Northern suburbs specialists, they know just how Real
Estate works and enjoy an enviable level of success, propelling you into a
premiere position.

Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Inspections
- Lease Applications
- Rental Administration
- Liaise with tenants and landlords
The role is required to work 3 out of 5 Saturdays.
The successful candidate…
To be considered for this role you must have an unending source of energy and
enthusiasm, just like the rest of the team! You have previous office
experience.
A minimum of 6 months within a property management
department, either as a Leasing Consultant, Rental Administrator or Assistant
Property Manager will be highly regarded but is not essential.

You are positive, fun and switched on. Your
communication skills are excellent, both written and verbal. You have
exceptional computer skills with aptitude to learn new programs easily.

Knowledge of the Fitzroy/Brunswick/Northcote and
surrounding area is highly desirable.

You hold a current Agent’s Representative
Certificate, current Victorian Drivers Licence and a reliable, well maintained
car.
