For quality improvement of care and treatment in HIV, AIDS and STIs services, RBC/IHDPC/HIV Division would like to recruit Data Entry Clerks/Field Editors and Lab Technician for the following study :
Study Title “Antimicrobial Resistance of Neisseria gonorrhea in Outpatients with Genital Discharge in Rwanda”
Post : 5 Data Entry Clerks and Field Editors.
Supervisor : M&E Statisticians
Duration : 50 Working Days
Key Responsibilities
• Organize the sheets of data to be entered or filed
• Where necessary, you assign codes to the collected information
• Field Editing during data collection
• Input information into computerized database with high speed as well as accuracy.
• Verify the entered coded or statistical information to ensure that it is correct
• Keep all patient forms with confidentiality
• Data Cleaning and elementary Analysis
• Give final database to the study Coordinator
• Carrying out other activities assigned by the supervisor
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience
• Rwandan Nationality
• Bachelor degree in statistics, computer science or management.
• Be familiar with MS Excel, Epi-info, SPSS
• Having a certificate in Computer skills is mandatory
• Be able to capture data from patient form in database
• Be fluent in English and /or French.
