Job Description
We are seeking to recruit highly motivated and qualified professionals to fill the position of HR Consultant and Manager in our People & Change team within the Advisory business.

The Consultant will be responsible for the delivery of consultancy assignments in different HR areas including:
• Organisation review and design
• Reward management
• Salary and Benefits
• Performance Management Systems
• Skills and Competency Audits
• Training Needs Analysis
• HR Process Redesign and Compliance Health Checks
• Training Course Design and Training Strategy Development
• Change Management

Manager
Reporting to the People & Change leader, the manager will lead and manage assignments in response to our client requirement. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Human Resource advisory assignments in: Executive recruitment and selection, Reward management, Organization reviews, Job Evaluations, Performance management and HR policy development.

Other roles in this job include:
• Budget formulation
• Managing and monitoring budget implementation
• Providing leadership to project teams
• Risk management
• Managing client relations
• Overseeing and coordinating the development of deliverables and presentation of deliverables to clients

Desired Skills & Experience
For consultant role, the successful candidates will be required to have:
• At least 3 years of relevant demonstrable experience
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• A post graduate or relevant professional qualification in human resources management is preferred but not essential.
• Analytical and numerical skills coupled with attention to detail,
• Results driven and achievement orientated, with the ability to work under significant pressure,
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (written & oral),
• A team player with sound interpersonal skills,
• Self-motivated and managed,
• Project management skills,
• High level of computer literacy.

For the Manager position, you require:
• At least 5 years of HR consulting experience or 5 years experience in a HR generalist role and 2 years experience in a HR consulting environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. A post graduate qualification in Human Resource Management or Organisational Development or its equivalent is desirable.
• Ability to build, maintain and utilize network a of clients and internal relationships
• Ability to define and manage projects
• Strong negotiation skills
• Demonstrable leadership skills and ability to develop others
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Ability to lead in a multi-cultural environment and to initiate and successfully manage change.
