mission, the Public Service Commission wishes to recruit a competent and
dynamic Rwandan for the position of Director of Human Resource Management
Research Unit.

Specific requirements

Masters or Equivalent in Human Resources
Management, Public Administration, Political Sciences, Management with 1 year
working experience or A0 in Human Resources Management, Public
Administration, Political Sciences, Management with 3 years working
experience in the same field.
