Job Profile:
1. Contribute to the design and development of community
based;

2. Provide inputs for proposals on livelihood and community
based programming;
3. Support the implementation of livelihood and community
based activities, This will include the implementation of business start-up
support, micro-grants, revolving loans, referrals under the database, etc.
4. Support liaison with local and government leaders, in
particular the District and sectors
5. Help coordinate, organize and participate in
assessments and field missions related to durable solutions,
6. Represent the unit in internal and external meetings
as assigned by the National Officer and/or the Programme Manager
7. Keep track of financial spending on assigned
activities
8. Provide inputs to procurement plans and ensure
procurement for assigned activities is completed in a timely fashion
9. Provide inputs for tenders, calls for proposals,
agreements and other project relevant documents
10. Continuously monitor to assess the progress of
project implementation and recommend action to the National Programme
Officer/Programme Manager
11. Provide inputs to project reports and project updates
12. Undertake duty travels as needed;
13. Perform any other duties as may be assigned
Required Qualifications and Experience:
        Education
· University degree from an accredited academic
institution, preferably in Management, Administration, Economics or Social
Science, Business Administration, International Relations and/or Law, or
related field.
       Experience
· At one to four years years of work experience in related
field
· Excellent verbal and written communication in English or
French and Kinyarwanda
· Technically competent on writing, documentation and data
management
· Good knowledge of Computer skills; MS Office (Outlook,
Access and Excel)

The starting salary
450,000Rwf Net subject to increase base on qualification and experience and
after successful interview (only oral interview will be conducted)
