Search Consultancy have an excellent opportunity to work on site at our global clients HQ in central Edinburgh as a PMO Analyst working on what is an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract but with the likelihood of being made permanent at that point if not extended.
You will be an experienced Analyst with a strong background in Communications and Stakeholder Management and have a good understanding of Project Governance, project financials and how to work within the central Portfolio Office.
You will be very comfortable and highly efficient working with Excel and PowerPoint and producing MI reports and presentation to Executive level standards.
Responsibilities will include producing BAU and integration reports whilst supporting the roll out of revised MI required by internal customers. Generating progress reports whilst owning the production of reports simultaneously and preparing executive level meeting packs and carrying out monthly financial checks.
Communication is key in this position therefore you must be comfortable approaching people and feeding back constructively where required for the better good.
