PIH/IMB is seeking
outstanding candidates for the following positions.

Position Title:
            Human
Resource and Administrative Coordinator
Reports to:
               
Human Resource and Administrative Manager  
Location:                   
Rwinkwavu,
Job Purpose:
To support Staff Learning & Development,
Communication and Engagement and  manage HR Records and adminster the
staff payroll as well as to offer support in the accomplishment of events that
are important for the Department and organisation.
Key
Responsibilities:
Payroll
Administration:
  • Timely
    and accurate preparation of the monthly payroll; including calculating
    benefit deductions and Employment taxes and Social Security Contributions;
    and ensuring statutory declarations of employees’ benefits and
    contributions, in accordance to existing tax and social security 
    laws;
Learning
& Development
  • Compile
    the Annual Training Calendar/Plan of  staff Training &
    Development Needs from  Individual development  Plans and
    Training Needs Analysis process
  • Coordinate
    Annual and Monthly training programmes and follow through all pending
    Learning & Development Programmes
  • Coordinate
    monthly training activities; and produce monthly training reports
  • Communicate
    the Training monthly calendar
  • Manage
    employee induction programmes( individual and group induction programmes
    of new staff)
Internal Communication & Engagement
  • Plan
    and organise company wide staff
    events            
  • Support
    communication & engagement activities: (Team building, Internal
    company wide meetings etc)
  • Promote 
    internal communication through sharepoint
HR Records Management
  • Ensure
    completeness and accuracy of employee files with updated administrative documents,
    including authorized contracts, job description and offer letters
  • HR
    Records System Administration including Leave Management,  and
    updated Employee Records
  • Ensure
    appropriate documentation of all Administrative and HR issues, including
    maintaining an appropriate filing system
Other Duties
  • Provide
    general administrative assistance to the department, including
    correspondence, staff travel payment requests, preparing staff cards and
    medical insurance cards,  and recruitment and selection support
  • Liaise
    with cooperative leadership to ensure accurate payments and adherence to
    legal and human resource practices.

Work Experience, Qualifications & Languages
  • 2
    years’ HR experience:
  • Honours
    Bachelor’s Degree
 (Minimum
2nd Lowers Degree) in Human Resources, industrial & Organisational
Psychology, Business Administration (HR Option)
Languages:
  • English
    – Good Fluency
  • Kinyarwanda-
    Very good fluency
  • French
    – Basic Fluency
