PRODUCTION MANAGER / PHARMACIST
As a production manager you shall be involved with the planning, coordination
and control of manufacturing processes. You will also ensure that goods and
services are produced efficiently.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Fulfil the monthly and weekly production plans according to the schedule.
Ensures that all standard yields are maintained by production lines.
Controls production process and production facilities.
Ensures the general cleanliness and hygienic conditions of the manufacturing
areas.
Ensures that all production equipment is maintained in good working order.
Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
– B. Pharm with 5-8 years’ experience as a senior production officer, for the
post of Production Manager.
– B. Pharm with 5-8 years’ experience as a senior pharmaceutical officer, for
the post of Production Pharmacist.
– High organizational and management skill.
– Able to work with and coordinate a diverse group of people.
– Computer Literate.
– Possess knowledge of rules and regulations of regulatory bodies such as
NAFDAC and PCN
– Additional qualifications may be an advantage.
PRODUCTION OFFICER
As a production officer you shall be involved with the coordination and
execution of the production plan especially with reference to the
pharmaceutical operations. You will also ensure that goods and services are
produced efficiently.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
You shall be involved in planning and organizing the manufacturing process of
the company.
Implements Operational manuals, production plans and programs.
Ensure conformance of manufacturing processes with organizational objectives,
polices and regulatory guidelines with the coordination of production
executives/ assistance manager production.
Check the availability of adequate raw materials, packing materials etc from
time to time in line with production plan
QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
– B.Sc./B.Tech/HND – Microbiology, Biochemistry or any other related discipline
– 3 – 5 years’ experience of working in the Production unit of a pharmaceutical
company.
– A thorough and practical knowledge of Batch Manufacturing Records BMRs);
current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP); and Standard Operatmg Procedure
(SOP)
– A team player with the ability to supervise a diverse team of people
– Computer Literate.
QUALITY CONTROL ANALYST / MICROBIOLOGIST
As a Quality Control Analyst you shall be involved with the coordination and
execution of the quality analysis and control activities of the company’s
production line.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
You shall be involved in conduct of required pre and post-production test and
analysis of the company.
Implements the quality control operational manuals in line with regulatory and
other set standards.
Ensure conformance of manufacturing processes with organizational standards and
objectives, polices and regulatory guidelines.
QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
– B.Sc./B.Tech/HND in Microbiology, Biochemistry or any other related
discipline
– 3 – 5 years experience of working in the QA/QC unit of a pharmaceutical
company.
– Ability to carry out chemical/microbial analysis on raw materials, packaging
components & finished products.
– Ability to sample and vet packaging materials
– Computer Literate.
– Additional qualification may be an advantage.
MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE
As a Medical Representative, you shall be involved in marketing and sales of
our ethical products in line with the company policy.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Marketing and sales of ethical products to Hospital, Clinics, Health Centres,
Chemists and other pharmaceutical outlets.
QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
– B. Pharm with 1-3 years experience in a similar role.
– 1 -3 years experience of working as medical rep in a pharmaceutical company.
– Ability to build and maintain long relationship with customers and clients.
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to write reports when it comes to reporting of quantity of sales and
figures
– Additional qualification like MBA may be an advantage.
