About the
opportunity

Your primary
responsibilities will include:

Team Management

Lead team of in
house security service technicians and external contractors with kindness and
respect while finding ways to challenge them to achieve KPI’s and to be their
best

  • Train
    and organize the team to complete service work in an efficient and effective
    manner
  • Support
    team members through enquiries, emergency calls, trouble-shooting, and
    incoming information requests
  • Manage
    suppliers, contractors and projects within Paul-Tec’s Total Quality
    Management (TQM) Framework.
  • Support
    technicians to follow company procedures, industry best practices and
    standards.

Work Management

  • Manage
    Customer Service Relationship (CRM) tool, receive and reply to customer
    requests for service calls in a timely manner.
  • Engage
    with customers about service issues or queries, and work with sales staff
    in setting managing job completion timeframes.
  • Manage
    work distribution & orders, overall performance of technicians &
    contractors with a view of achieving efficient service delivery and
    satisfied customers 
  • Establish
    and maintain standards of performance, adherence safety policies and
    procedures and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure
    timely invoicing of customers for installations, service calls and
    completed works.

About you!

If you have;

  • Minimum
    3 years of relevant work experience in the Security Industry and/ or
    management experience in a service oriented industry (Essential)
  • Working
    knowledge of operation of alarm panels, CCTV and related security
    equipment
  • Ability
    to work well with and organise a talented team of people
  • Strong
    organisational stills, being able to proactively plan and schedule
    projects and manage a systematic method of getting work done
  • Strong
    project planning and time management skill
  • Good
    judgement & ability to adapt quickly to change
  • Proficiency
    in computer & smart phone applications
  • Customer
    focused “can do” attitude – respectful and professional when
    interacting with team members, customers, contractors, service providers
