SUMMARY
Supervises,
organizes and coordinates in field activities of workers engaged in assembling,
installing, commissioning, and testing of airport equipments and other related
products offerings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervises projects and provides technical guidance and
direction to subcontractors to ensure that equipment is installed safely
and correctly. - Inspects assembled, installed, or repaired equipment to
verify conformance to company and customer standards and government
regulations. - Troubleshoots all company product offerings as necessary
to restore them to full service in a timely manner. Troubleshoots at the
HVAC component replacement level and determines component requirements.
Monitors and controls daily project activities for maximum efficiency
keeping job costs at a minimum and within budget. Conducts on-site training
classes. - Generates both departmental and company-wide reports as
required. - Generates written communications to the customer and
subcontractors as needed. - Works with customers to realize all stages of project
completion in a timely manner. - Must be able to travel 70-80% of the time for regional
projects.

- Directly supervises employees of the Installation
Contractor’s Workforce. - Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance
with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. - Responsibilities include training employees; planning,
assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and
disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
EDUCATION
and/or EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering field
- 5 years related experience in construction or project
management duties and/or training; or equivalent combination of education
and experience. - HVAC certifications with two years’ experience repairing
HVAC units a plus. - Knowledge in PLC control is a plus
