Background.
Olleh
Rwanda Networks, Ltd (“oRn Ltd”) is a licensed company that has been
incorporated under the laws and regulations of the Republic of Rwanda. The
company is engaged in the business of providing & installing 4G LTE
advanced technology within Rwanda.

In
order to effectively accomplish its business objectives, oRn Ltd is looking for
qualified and competent candidate to fill the following vacant position.
1.
Position: Senior Compensation and Benefit Officer (1 Person)
Key
responsibilities.
  • Responsible
    to ensure appraisal performance system is timely and accurately
    implemented with the organization.
  • Facilitate
    establishment of SMART objectives/KPI that are agreed upon by the staff
    and line manager.
  • Ensure
    employees’ accurate job descriptions are in place
  • Analyze
    and model merit and other salary increases;
  • Analyze
    market data to assess the organization’s competitive position;
  • Manage
    organizations long and short term incentives programmes, insurances,
    benefits and retirement programs.
  • Responsible
    for employee career development and for planning, designing and delivering
    training programs that make the best use of employees’ current and future
    abilities in collaboration with employee’s line manager.
  • Oversee
    the training proposals and link it with the training budgets.
  • Ensure
    that the planned incentive policy is linked to reward and staff
    performance evaluation.
  • Provide
    advice and assistance to staff on benefits systems offered by oRn.
  • Ensure
    timely reporting of weekly and monthly report or other requested reports
    by the Line manager
Qualification,
Experience, Skills & Competencies required.
  • Bachelor’s
    degree in a relevant field is required;
  • Three
    years of experience in Human Resource field with special attention in
    compensation and benefits in corporate organizations is required;
  • Well
    versed in developing, interpreting analytical and financial reports to
    measure change and make projections;
  • Able
    to maintain confidentiality on HR sensitive matters;
  • Proven
    competence in use of software applications and HR systems;
  • Having
    advanced Management skills; Analytical skills, Interpersonal skills;
    Communication skills, and strategic thinking skills;
  • A
    person of proven integrity, highly motivated, innovative and a team
    player.
