It is important you share the same passion for our
industry and demonstrate a willingness and ability to assist with the company’s
growth plans. Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years’
experience recruiting permanent and or contract positions within the
recruitment sector. You will be a strategic operator and your skills at
sourcing high caliber candidates is significant. In addition to this your
ability to build strong relationships with Building Companies at Senior
Management level will be paramount, positioning yourself and Now Careers as a
preferred recruitment leader.
