- A
Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent - A
minimum of 2 years experience working with children Preschool aged
children, 3-5years - Extensive
knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality
Framework - Demonstrated
ability to plan a stimulating, responsive curriculum that meets the
interests and needs of children - Confidence
in communicating with and establishing relationships with parents - Demonstrated
ability to take on leadership of a room - Demonstrated
ability to complete documentation that is professional and purposeful - Demonstrated
ability to work as a respectful and active member of a team - Current
Working With Vulnerable People Card
The
position is a great opportunity for a dedicated ECT that wants to work
Preschool hours. You will work 9am-3pm Monday-Friday. The successful candidate
will be given opportunities for ongoing professional development and essential
training in First Aid/Asthma and Anaphylaxis if required. You will
receive 6 hours off the floor programming time each week.
