MINISTRY OF PUBLIC SERVICE AND LABOR
The Ministry of Public Service and Labour (MIFOTRA) wishes to recruit the civil
servants on the following vacant positions:
Professional in Charge of
Reform Policy and Organizational Structure Analysis (1)
Attributions:
– Analyze and develop Public Institutions Organizational Structures
– To design, develop and put in place tools to assess the needs at
institutional and
organizational dimensions
– Contribute in the effectiveness of administrative reform, in regard to
different aspects of organization and administrative modernization
– Participate in the elaboration of human resource development policies and
different policies and procedures
– To evaluate the organizational capacity of Institutions
– To command the Institutional Audits
– External & Stakeholders Relationships
Specific requirement for the
post:
At least AO in Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Development
Studies, Public Policy, Economics, Management, Leadership and organizational
Management

Written tests and interviews will be held later to selected successful
candidates.
