We
are seeking PCA’s with experience in HACC services to deliver an
exceptional level of care to frail, aged clients that wish to remain living
independently in the community. You will be seeing 3-4 clients per day
for 1-2 hours with each client, following direction from a detailed care
plan/roster.

The
services you will be providing are home care, domestic assistance, personal
care, shopping/doctors appointments etc with your clients and respite care,
caring for your client while their permanent carer have a well deserved
break. You will be primarily working with Italian speaking male clients so
feeling comfortable with this is a must

You
MUST be able to work 5 days per week, Monday to Friday 9am –
4pm. You will not be rostered to work weekends or public holidays.
The work is quite physical, you are on your feet all day, so you will need
to be physically capable of performing this role!
Successful applicants will have:

- AT LEAST 6 Months Experience within
Aged Care and in particular HACC services - Cert III in Aged Care and/or HACC,
Div 2 RN - Current First Aid and CPR
- Police check – dated within last 6
months - Victorian Drivers licence
- Reliable Car
- Working with Children check
