As the website optimisation market continues to grow, we are looking to further expand our UK professional services team. We’re looking for people who want to be visible and make an impact, bringing substantial increases to the online revenues of our clients. You’ll get to use a broad range of website testing and personalisation solutions including the world’s most advanced behavioural targeting, segment targeting and recommendation solutions. You will make individual user experiences of your clients more engaging and relevant, leading to increased online revenues and customer loyalty.

You will be mentored by one of our Managing Consultants, who are industry-leading digital optimisation practitioners, whose goal is to accelerate your development into a Consultant. By delivering our leading-edge solutions, you’ll be making a difference to an array of the biggest brands on the web and building an industry-leading personal profile.
Responsibilities:
• Learn how to understand a client’s online business model, creating a set of objectives and a constantly evolving project plan for testing and personalisation to directly address the client’s online objectives.
• Define and specify in detail each individual test campaigns, working closely with the Account Management and Technical Services teams to ensure its smooth delivery.
• Set up the reporting framework for each test, establishing key metrics for evaluation and reporting and analysing them on a regular basis through the campaign. Produce custom reports for the client and reconcile with other reporting systems, such as web analytics as required.
• Assist the Managing Consultant to analyse the completed tests, providing clear business insight and actionable recommendations and helping clients put this information to use in a pragmatic, constructive way.
Requirements:
• A degree (BA/BS) gained in a numerical / quantitative subject.
• Strong problem solving and/or analytical skills are a must
• Previous commercial experience is an advantage but not essential. Relevant areas would include online testing, website/search optimisation, web analytics, data analysis, customer usability, CRM or data driven online marketing.
• Strong PC skills, especially Excel and Powerpoint
• Clear, demonstrable excitement about working in the online marketing sector
• Some knowledge of basic statistical principles is ideal.
• A natural, consultative style is essential to build client relationships
• Strong communication skills required with the potential to present at a CMO/senior marketing level once experience deepens, discussing strategic marketing objectives and delivering solutions across a wide array of products.
• An appreciation of web technologies is ideal, particularly HTML, CSS and JavaScript to work alongside developers and tech teams. Software development experience is not a requirement.
