Responsibilities:To capitalize on programming team’s on-air stunt by planning acquisition and loyalty campaign activities around it to fully display the benefits of subscribing to the company.
Promote key stunts on the channel to drive viewership.
To plan on the detailed campaign mechanics for each individual campaign,
Execute the campaign once it has been approved and ensure that all the deliverables are met.
Follow up on campaign numbers so as to measure the success of each campaign.
Manage the allocated funds for each channel / affiliate.
Answer to affiliates queries.
Work closely with various departments to ensure the smooth running of campaigns.
Co-ordination and assistance in carrying out road shows and appreciation parties.
Follow up on monthly tasks (eg. Briefing in for customized sell spots).
Pack and send premiums to the various affiliates.
Sales training support.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Marketing Management, Mass Communication.
Minimum 5 years marketing experience in a service industry.
Effectively bi-lingual in English and Chinese.
Strong inter-personal skills.
Creative, analytical and resourceful.
Willing to travel & work long hours when required.
Sales experience is an added advantage.
