market and will need to recruit salesman who responsible for our business
in local.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Develop business plan and sales strategy to ensure
attainment of company sales goals and profitability;
· Responsible for meeting the sales targets of th
e
organization through effective planning and budgeting;
· Maintain and improve the relationships with customers;
· Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior;
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· College degree or above in Business/Engineering;
· More than 1 year sales experience;
· Excellent sales、interpersonal
skills;
· Familiar with all kinds of office software;
· Good oral and writing English;
· Location:Tanzania
OTHERS:
· Salary: USD300/month; (Include basic salary and
subsidies, Paid monthly);
· Business Commission: 3% of total order amount;(Paid
after customer’s full payment collected);
· Workplace: As you will be our first sales
representative in Tanzania, so you would work at home temporary;
· Reimbursement: Company reimburse telephone, network
fee and travel expenses;
· Job evaluation: Salesman has obligation to complete
the monthly sales targets individually as it will affect your salary;
