Right now we are looking for an experienced full time Dental
receptionist/assistant to join our up market practice, specializing
in general and cosmetic dentistry. The required person must have
dental experience preferable as both a receptionist and assistant. You will be
a people person who is compassionate and confident with an ability to make
people comfortable.
This role is diverse, it will involve all aspects of reception, assisting the
practice manager and the coordination of our elite clients treatment regime.
The role will require you to be involved in all aspects of the surgery and
would suit someone with ambition to one day be a practice manager.
The special candidate will be of smart appearance, well presented:

• Experienced in dental software

Your duties will include but not be limited to:
• Meet and great patients
• Answer telephone enquiries
• Book appointments
• Guide patients through the course of their treatment
• Organise patient financing
• Billing
• Explaining patients aftercare
