Reporting to the Senior Plant Finance Manager, you will perform management reporting and provide financial counsel to the manufacturing business groups, including rolling forecasts, cost modeling and financial variance analysis to facilitate decision making. You will be responsible for timely & accurate financial reporting, effective corporate governance & controls, and participate in corporate initiatives and pioneer manufacturing startup projects. The successful candidate will be a key business finance partner and assist the Manufacturing Leadership Team in aligning plant financial results with Corporate Division business goals.
Qualifications
– Degree in Accountancy or CPA qualification
– At least 6 years’ relevant experience in financial analysis and costing, preferably in a MNC environment
– Proficient in MS Excel/Powerpoint, with experience in ERP system projects
– Independent,
– pro-active and able to multi-task effectively to meet tight deadlines
– Strong analytical skills and a keen sense of business acumen
– Good team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
– Demonstrated business savvy and leadership in interacting with local and Division management and facilitating operational and business decision
