MHSP-TA is recruiting a Service Contract
Management Advisor in Lilongwe to provide fulltime technical assistance to the
ministry of Health and to CHAM Secretariat on Service Level Agreements (SLAs),
as well as potentially advice he Ministry of Health on other types of service
partnerships for a period of 18 months

Lead on technical assistance for District
Service Contracts, including developing SLA templates and formulation of
contracting guidelines, as well as managing the work of District Contract
monitoring TA, Coordinate and harmonise support with other health service
contracting related programmes, develop and roll out a capacity development
programme for District Health Managers, CHAM Secretariat and CHAM members to
improve service contract management skills
Service Contracts, including developing SLA templates and formulation of

Professional Degree in Management,
Business Administration, Health Administration or similar Good experience in
organisational development and contract management, Understanding and
experience of working in the Malawi health sector, demonstrate ability to
multi-task, Experience in providing technical assistance and in developing
business /administrative related capacity, demonstrate negotiation and
facilitations kills, Willingness to apply oneself to detailed work such s
revising the basis for costing contracts as well as contract renegotiations
where required, demonstrable written and verbal English communication skills
