Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receiving,
recording and storing supplies - Receiving
requisitions and orders and issuing stores - Responsible for
taking stocks and re-order levels. - Intuitively
examining and verifying the stores invoices - In charge of
managing the records of all stores received and issued out - Maintaining
facilities for preservation, packing and storage - Perform any
other duty as and when directed by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:
Skills and Experience:
- All candidates
should be qualified Ugandans with integrity holding a diploma in Stores
Management from a recognized University / Institution - A minimum of
three or more years working experience in Stores Management in Government
Ministries, Departments, Agencies or Local Government. - Additional
skills in planning, organizing, ICT, accountability and Communication are
a must.
