curriculum learning, exploration & personal growth and that meet each
client’s philosophies, policies and

The Role
Land’s Edge is
seeking an educator passionate about young people and the outdoors to join the
team based predominantly in Gerringong, South Coast NSW.
Responsibilities
will include (but not limited to) creation, management & coordination of a
variety of client programs across NSW, staff training & mentoring and associated
office administration. Contributions from successful applicant will also be
sort regarding budgeting, marketing & ongoing refinement of safety and risk
management culture.
A deep familiarity
with both coastal & alpine processes is highly valued.
The successful
applicant will require the ability to inspire staff & clients alike; to be
highly organised, diligent and initiative driven; to work both autonomously and
as part of dynamic and flexible teams; to liaise with a range of clients,
government departments, local community organisations and the general public.
Essential
Criteria
- Relevant
tertiary qualifications - Documentation
of extensive industry experience - Have
thorough knowledge and implementation of risk and safety management
policies - Display
exceptional communication skills - Be
solution driven - Must
hold relevant activity specific qualifications
