members of the NAM S&T Centre and other non-member developing countries
will also be considered, but in such cases, the international airfare will have
to be arranged by the selected scientists, who will also be required to pay a
processing fee of US$500 to the NAM S&T Centre in advance to meet a part of
its administrative expenditure.
