Responsibilities:
Assist in partial sets of accounts in accounts payable or accounts receivable.
Supplier invoices and payments processing.
Customer invoicing and receipts processing.
Daily accounting system data entry updates.
Support month end closing activities.
Ad hoc duties assigned by Accounts Supervisor

Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft office.
Working knowledge in QuickBooks preferred.
Good working attitude and good team player.
Excellent skills in communication and collaboration.
Meticulous and have an eye for details.
Ability to work within tight timelines
