both its classroom presence across locations, extend its expertise into blended
and online distance education and also into University services, all as part of
a phased expansion. iNurture is today managing around 150 classrooms across its
partners which are expected to reach 500 in next 3 yrs.

- Identify
the list of labour laws applicable for the educational institutions at
Rwanda and accordingly initiate for registrations/licenses under the
various acts. - Formulation
of Org structure and manpower planning - Finalization
of job descriptions & identify various sources for recruitment - Complete
the recruitment within the given timeline and budget - Time
office management & MIS reports - Grievance
redressal process - Employee
engagement activities - Periodical

Candidate Profile
Candidate Profile
- Strong
understanding of statutory compliance in Rwanda market. - Handled
and set-up project from inception ( from HR prspective) - Excellent
communication, Interpersonal & Coordination skills - Should
have exposure to education industry.
Experience: 6-8 yrs of overall
experience in HR function with 2-3 yrs in education set-up

Qualification: Any Post
Graduate ( HR specialisation preferred)
