An International NGO is looking for a qualified candidate with a degree in social studies to fill the above vacancy based in Kakamega, Western Kenya.
Applicants must have at least 3 years relevant experience work with grass root communities, preferably with a busy development agency.
The applicant must demonstrate his/her innovativeness in designing and implementing training programs which address the social needs of families and farmers/community institutions so that they attain organizational and financial sustainability.
