Integrated Prosperity Consultants Ltd. is a
recently established local Property professional services provider in Rwanda
and the region and specializes in internationally recognized professional
services in Property valuation, Estate management, Property Sales and
Letting, Planning, Land Surveying and Environmental Impact Assessments.

In order to meet the rapidity growing demand for
our services in Rwanda, we have set up a ONE STOP CENTER for the above
professional services on the 1st Floor OMEGA HOUSE, Boulevard de
IOUA.

We now wish to urgently recruit highly competent
people from Rwanda to fill the following positions in our professional firm:

1. Property Value’s: (2
Positions)

Must have at least a Bachelors Degree in Land
Economics, Estate Management, Quality Surveying or equivalent and must be
member of a recognized valuers Institution.

2. Property Managers: (2
Positions)

Must have at least a Bachelors Degree in Land
Economics, Estate Management or equivalent and must have at least 5 years
experience in managing of commercial and residential properties. Must be
fluent in English and Kinyarwanda

3. Sales & Letting Executives: (4
Positions)

Must have at least a higher Diploma in Marketing
or equivalent and those with prior similar experience will be preferred Must
be fluent in English, Kiswahili and Kinyarwanda.

4. Administrative/Receptionist: (1
Position)

This is a front desk position and applicants must
have at least a Diploma level education, presentable and fluent in English,
Kiswahili and Kinyarwanda.
