Strong documentation skills are absolutely essential and I will look to
reference-check you with past employers to verify this.
A good grasp of technical IT processes and perhaps a development background
will be highly regarded. The primary function of this role is to document
existing IT Department processes and to participate in project documentation as
required. I want a person who can speak to both he development team and the
business stakeholders so that the gap can be bridged in this area.
You must be highly proficient in MS-Visio already – there will be no training
as this is a contract, you are expected to be able to deliver value from day
one!
I can only consider applicants who genuinely understand and have worked in
Agile development environments, again this will be reference-checked.
You will have at least three years experience in a similar Technical BA
capacity and again, you must have STRONG DOCUMENTATION SKILLS.
Very clear English communication skills are essential and I can only consider
applicants with Australian work rights for at least the first 90 months of
2015.
