manage our Inkomoko company ICT.

Technology Manager will join a growing start-up team with core responsibilities
as follows:

Tech
Support to Entrepreneur Clients (50%)
Support to Entrepreneur Clients (50%)
- Setup
and Install Business Management Software (likely Odoo) on Client Hardware
Systems - Setup
and Install Business Management Software on AWS or Google Cloud - Functional
setup and client training in Business Management Software - Import
or Migrate Client Data into Business Management Software - Develop
technical training for clients and employees - Manage
client technical requests, including developing new products and
modules - Manage
remote technical consultants to develop new products and modules
Internal
Inkomoko ICT (45%)
Inkomoko ICT (45%)
- Administrator
of Inkomoko Odoo Software (user accounts, permissions, backups, etc.) - Purchase
and manage company/employee laptops and software - Manage
internet and office ICT to meet Inkomoko budget and business needs - Enforce
Inkomoko ICT policy/usage standards with HR Manager (i.e. personal
downloads, etc) - Ensure
physical security of all Inkomoko tech assets (laptops, Kindles,
projectors, etc.)

- Represent
Inkomoko in the local business community and at conferences or other

up to date on latest technology and industry trends in Rwanda and across
East Africa

ideal candidate will fulfill the following requirements:

- 5+
years of work experience in relevant or applicable field - Experience
with Odoo or other ERP / Business Management Software - Experience
in Python 3.5+ Programming Language - Experience
with Database Management (SQL or PostgreSQL) - Experience
with Linux and Windows OS - Experience
with Web Server Installation and Setup - Good
written and oral communications skills - Good
presentation and training skills - Shows
perseverance, personal integrity, and critical thinking skills - Must
speak fluent English and Kinyarwanda; French is an added advantage - Bachelor
Degree in ICT, Computer Science, or related field
