Reporting
to a Senior Manager of Talent, your next In House Recruitment assignment will
see you applying forward thinking attraction, selection
and solid hiring systems to retain top talent to support
our banking & finance regional growth expansion. This is a high volume
role and you will be responsible for the complete end-to-end recruitment
solution, including all administration and compliance. You will
be liaising across multiple departments globally, taking ownership and
delivering end to end recruitment and talent pipeline management.
This is a mid-level end-to-end role, and will be initially a 2-3
month contract with the view to extend. More specifically you will be:

- End to end recruitment – Ad
writing, sourcing, interviewing & reference checking; - Possibly involved in
graduate recruitment if this is an interest; - Contribute positively and
actively to the team, take on project work; - Being surrounded by

To be
successful in this role you will have at least 2-3 years as an in-house
recruiter, who proactively sources talent through a variety of channels. You
understand online talent management systems and best practice recruitment
process. You will ideally have worked within banking & finance.
