HR Mobilisation Manager Job Vacancy in Glasgow

Harmony Recruitment are delighted to announce that we are inviting applications from HR Managers who are experienced in multisite TUPE transfer to work on an 8 month contract for our client who has recently won a large Government contract.
The Role
The purpose of the job is to manager the TUPE transfer of more than 700 employees across Scotland from their existing private sector employer. The contract will start at the end of May and last for approximately 8 months. During this period of considerable change you will be responsible for leading the reorganisation project by providing extensive advice and guidance to ensure the smooth running of the transfer.

The role will involve managing roadshows across Scotland which will provide information to those involved and create a cohesive approach to the challenges and changes ahead. You will quickly create strong business relationships and establish yourself as a credible Manager. You will cover all aspects of TUPE from inception through to roll out which is expected in late January.

The Person
We are inviting applications from HR Professionals who can demonstrate previous large scale multisite TUPE Management within the Private Sector. You should have evidence of successfully taking businesses through significant periods of change and working with Management teams to implement new HR structure.

There will be considerable travel across Scotland required so we can only invite applicants who have a full driving licence and the ability to travel during the week.

As this is a contract working to a specific deadline we are looking for applicants who are driven and motivated to work with minimal supervision on this critical project.
