COUNTRY
MANAGER – BOTSWANA
GlaxoSmithKline’s
(GSK) Botswana business requires a Country Manager to Lead the GSK business in
Botswana.
- To lead
the GSK business in Botswana ensuring the achievement of set business
objectives with major focus on sales tactics and strategies. - To
effectively manage a team with a first line sales manager and medical
representatives. - To work
with Government departments, distributors and other key stakeholders.
Requirements
Qualifications
- University
degree or equivalent - A
minimum of 3 years experience in Pharma, Consumer, FMCG or similar - Experience
in leading and managing a team - Ideally
a good understanding of the healthcare environment in Botswana
