  • RF
    Network Rollout New sites design/validation
  • Conducting
    site survey for macro & micro sites to meet traffic and coverage
    requirements.
  • Implement
    and participate in RF Frequency planning.
  • SSR
    candidates sites validations.
  • TSS-R
    validation.
  • New
    Site Integration Parameters (CDD).
  • ATP
    validations on DT (CS and Data- Drive testing for new sites.)
  • RF
    Optimisation and QOS maintenance Drive test report analysis.
  • Raising
    of Change requests, CR follow-ups
  • KPI
    reporting & analysis, analyzing the KPI´s traffic statistics and
    monitoring the network for trouble shooting.
  • Customer
    complain Optimisation tasks
  • QOS
    maintenance within thresholds; [Capacity]SDCCH & TCH
    congestion/blocking, [Quality]CDR, HO success rate, CSSR & RACH
    success rates.
  • Customer
    complains Resolutions Performing indoor measurements.
  • Outdoor
    drive testing for customer complains.
  • Generation
    of comprehensive reports.
  • RF
    Database audits, standardization and documentation. Generation of Raw
    statistical data, data integrity checks, Reporting and Archiving. Accuracy
    and consistency of data and reports.
  • Manpower
    Management People Management and Project Management
  • Training
    needs identification, Junior staff trainings & Managing of new RF
    projects. Train and coach the local staff engineers.
