Job Descriptions
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining accurate monthly financial reporting
• Review and financial analysis of all subsidiaries’ management and statutory accounts
• Preparation and analysis of monthly consolidation reports at Holding’s level
• Preparation of periodic Statutory and SGX Quarterly reports
• Preparation of compliance reports to meet internal and statutory requirements
• Ensure accounting policies and procedures are followed and to provide input with a view to improve financial controls
• Supervision and provision of guidance to a team of accounting staff
• Coordination and preparation of yearly budget
• Handle ad-hoc assignments that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
• Competence in all statutory reportings
• Meticulous, initiative, flexible, independent and prepared to work within tight time frames
• Reliable, self motivated, and a good leader with excellent communicational and interpersonal skills
• Experience in financial and accounting practices in a SGX listed entity would be an advantage
• Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of Accpac Window system an added advantage
