Our client is a Public Listed company which specializes in developing and managing industrial parks is inviting suitably qualified candidates fill the positions as Finance cum Administration Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and supervise a Finance team in Vietnam office
• Manage a full set of accounts and liaise with Vietnam authorities on all financial matters
• Responsible for financial and cost analysis
• Responsible for annual budgeting and mid-term forecasting
• Responsible for payroll and staff taxation issues
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding debts
• Verify invoices and payments
• Perform other ad-hoc project as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree in Finance/ Accounting, ACCA, CPA
• Min. 6 years working experience
• Possess min. 3 years experience in supervision level
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Willing to reside in North Vietnam
• ONLY SINGAPOREANS OR SINGAPORE PRs OR MALAYSIANS NEED APPLY.
