Our client is an established UK MNC and they are looking for suitable candidates for the following position:
Responsibilities
• Contribute to the timely preparation and closing of accounts.
• Management of partial Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables functions
• Check and verify weekly cash journals and claims
• Perform monthly payment run and reconciliation to Accounts Payables.
• Liaise with all level of staffs, customers and suppliers on invoicing / payment issues
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent, with relevant accounting qualification and minimum 1-3 years working experience
• Team player who is independent, meticulous , proactive and good interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable in Navision Accounting Software is an added advantage
• Proficient with MS Office Applications
• Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
