Location: Elora/Fergus, Ontario
We are looking for an energetic person for an 8 month contract to work with urban trees in the Elora Fergus area. You will be working on a variety of projects with a busy NGO. We are looking for someone with excellent people skills and basic computer know-how.
Your major tasks will be:
1) working in the field with volunteers and summer students on our tree inventory
2) working on promotions, by maintaining our website, helping staff our booth and general public outreach.
The successful applicant needs to have be finished university or college (with a degree in hand) and be under 30 and available to start immediately. This is a full-time 8 month position and pays $14.50/hour.
