Infrastructure Officer
Must be able to carry out
plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry and masonry work/maintenance, Carry
out preventative maintenance of medical and non-medical equipment, Should be
able to inspect building and other structures to determine functional system
and also detect malfunctioning system that needs repair, Assist in monitoring
work being done by outside contractors, Maintain professional courteous manner
with patient, contractors and fellow workers, He should be able to order parts
and
maintain proper documents, He should be able to alert/report any unusual
occurrence or damage that has taken place or might take place in the building,
Must be able to provide estimates for the job assigned, Must be able to work
flexible hours, Must be able to perform any other work related duties assigned
from time to time
Basic computer skills (Word,
Excel, Outlook, Power Point), Must be a self starter and should be able to work
even during odd hours, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Should
at least have 5 yrs of work experience in hospital or any other busy
organisation, Minimum of MSCE, Holders of a City and Guilds Certificate of an
related qualification, Holder of General Trade Test Grade One (1)
