Senior Proposal Development/Fundraising Specialist –
DAPP (Development Aid from People to People)
DAPP – Development Aid from People to people – a local
registered NGO in Malawi – working within education and vocational training,
food security, community development and health – has a vacancy for an
experience senior proposal development specialist, wh
o has ample experience in
developing proposals and raising funds for development work especially in the
field of health and/or education
Be willing to start work immediately, Be strong in
analysing a given situation, identifying gaps/demands as well as possible
solutions, Have vast experience with identifying finding opportunities – via
international and local partners, civil society and government, Be experienced
and qualified in developing winning proposals to governmental, local as well as
international partners, Produce and deliver within given deadlines, Master
written English at a high level, Work according to guidelines given,
Experiences in the education sector of Malawi is a plus
Bachelors or Masters Degree in relevant areas and
minimum 5 yrs working experience
Location of position Lilongwe, Area 10
Only candidates with documented experience (with reachable references) in
mentioned areas will be considered. If considered a written assignment
will be given – followed by an oral interview given the assignment is of high
quality
