The team are now in a positio
n to recruit an aspiring
PM with relevant experience to join them.
You will be exposed to a wide range of duties, allowing you to really
accelerate your career in a positive direction. To ensure that you can
really hit the ground running on recently awarded projects, you will display
previous experience in Contracts Administration and Estimating as well as some
exposure to Project Management in a construction / delivery capacity on
projects to the value of $2M+.
To be successful in this role you will display the following attributes:
- Relevant industry experience as a junior PM on
small commercial building projects in the Melbourne market – must have
confidence to deliver small project autonomously - Experience supervising and managing site staff
- The ability to meet time and budget objectives
- Great oral and written communication
skills - Proven Contracts Administration / Estimation
experience - The ability to interpret drawings and
plans - The ability to organise all trades and
materials accordingly
