Danoher Botswana is a mobile crushing company looking
to employ suitable candidates to fill the following positions at 2 of their
mobile crushing operations in Botswana.
1.GENERAL FOREMAN X2
1.1.Requirements
•General Foremen are required to assist the site
managers in the day to day running of crushing operations at a mine
•The candidates must have extensive technical knowledge of the running of Metso Lokotrack crushers
•The candidates must be able to manage and interact
with people
•The candidates must have experience in maintenance
planning and the carrying out of thereof on Metso Lokotrack crushers
•The candidates must have knowledge and
understanding of Mines health and safety rules and regulations.
•The general foreman will report to the site
manager
•The candidate must have at least 5 years crushing
experience
2.SHIFT SUPERVISORS X5
2.1.Requirements
•Shift supervisors are required to run shifts of
mobile crushing operations at a mine
•The candidates need to be production oriented
•The candidates must have a knowledge and
understanding of Mines Health and Safety rules and regulations
•The candidates must have technical knowledge of
the running of Metso Lokotrack mobile crushers
•The candidate must be proficient in keeping record
of activities on their shift.
3.SITE ADMINISTRATOR
3.1.Requirements
•A site administrator is required to see the
costing and administration at a crushing operation
•The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft
Excel and word
•The candidate must be capable of record keeping
and keeping paperwork up-to-date
•The candidate must have experience in
administration
4.ENVIRONMENTALIST
4.1.Requirements
•An environmentalist is required to ensure that
the environment impact of a crushing operations is minimized
•The candidate must have a degree or diploma in
environmental sciences or a related field
•The candidate must be have knowledge of
environmental laws and practices
•The candidate must be able to work with other
people
•The candidate must have experience working in the
environmental field.
5.HEAVY PLANT MECHANIC
•A mechanic is required to maintain and repair
mobile crushers and other heavy plant
•The candidate must be a fully qualified diesel
mechanic
•Must be proficient with oil sampling and analysis
•The candidate must have at least 5 years
experience
6.ASSISTANT MECHANIC (2 Positions)
•An assistant mechanic is required to help maintain
and repair mobile crushers and other heavy plant
•The candidate must have experience working on
heavy plant
7.CRUSHER OPERATOR (18 positions)
•Crusher operators are required to operate mobile
crushers and assist in the day to day maintenance of the crushers
•Previous experience working on mobile crushers
will count in the candidates favor
8.EXCAVATOR OPERATOR (5 positions)
•Excavator operators are required for a mobile
crushing operation
•Must have class H special Type permit
•Must have experience working in quarry conditions
9.FRONT END LOADER OPERATOR (5 Positions)
•a Front end loader operator is required for mobile
crushing operation
•Must have class H special Type permit
•Must have experience working in quarry conditions
10.BULLDOZER OPERATOR
•A Bulldozer operator is required for mobile
crushing operation
•Must have class H special Type permit
•Must have experience working in quarry conditions
11.MULTISKILLED OPERATOR X2
•A Multiskilled operator is required for mobile
crushing operation
•Must have class H special Type permit
•Must have experience working in quarry conditions
•Must be able to operate both an excavator and a
front end loader
12.PLANT BOILERMAKER X2
•Boilermakers are required for work on heavy plant
•Must be proficient in arc-welding, gouging and gas
cutting
13.STOREMAN X2
Store men are required to look after the stores at
a mobile crushing operation
•Must be able to read and write in English
•Must be able to keep up to date diesel issue and
store issue records
NOTE: For the positions of: MECHANIC, ASSISTANT
MECHANIC, OPERATORS, BOILERMAKERS AND STOREMEN, only Botswana nationals will be
considered.
