As a Premier Direct Relationship Officer you will be required to:
• Deliver a prompt, personalised service, supporting the Premier Relationship Manager to deliver the Premier Direct Sales plan
• Provide an excellent customer-driven service involving identifying, investigating and successfully resolving a variety of customer telephone calls
• Plan and prioritise your workload in order to deliver high quality work on time
• Support the team, recognising when assistance is needed and help colleagues to deal with challenging circumstances
As a Premier Direct Relationship Officer you will have:
• A proven ability in customer relationship management
• Ability to analyse financial priorities and an extensive knowledge of competitor activity
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build a rapport with your customers.
• Self-motivation and the drive to succeed
• Confidence in introducing new products and services to customers
• Strong prioritising and time management skills
• Flexibility and receptiveness to change
• Ability to work on own whilst understanding impact of role within a team
• Ability to work to challenging but achievable targets

Normal working week is: between 0800 and 2200 Monday to Sunday. Workers will be required to work 37 hours per week; 4 days per week over a 2 week cycle of shifts.
