to our long term Pizza Chef having to immediately return overseas for personal
reasons for up to 4 weeks, we are seeking to employ an experienced and
organized Pizza Chef / Cook to maintain the quality of our Hand Made and Wood
Fired Pizzas and fast Pizza Service and then to continue with us to maintain
our quality Food Preparation.

with us to help launch the new brunch and dinner menus due for implementation
in May 15.

be considered for this important role of our Pizza Chef / Cook you will need to
satisfy the following criteria:

- Previous
experience in preparing and making high quality Hand Made and Rolled Pizza
bases - Understanding
of the requirements to operate a magnificent Wood fired Pizza Oven - Ability
to prepare and store quality and fresh ingredients which make our Pizzas
consistently high quality - Be
highly organized and able to handle pressure and timelines in a calm and
efficient manner - Be
a respectful and honest person and a willingness to be part of a
professional team of qualified and hardworking Chefs - Be
able to commence immediately
